Our meeting rooms at Kusthotellet are both inviting and practical, with a warm atmosphere and modern technology. Here, creativity and efficiency are promoted in every meeting. We offer several meeting rooms, the Library, the Studio, and the Orangery, the largest of which can accommodate up to 60* people—perfect for both smaller meetings and larger conferences.
*In cooperation with our partner Donsö Konferens you can have meetings with up to 86 participants.

The Orangery
Kusthotellet’s private room offers an elegant and secluded setting, perfect for board meetings and other exclusive business gatherings, for up to 12 people. Stylish furnishings combine with modern equipment, creating an inspiring atmosphere where important decisions can be made in peace and quiet. The private setting makes it possible to work undisturbed, and contributes to creative and effective collaboration.

In our amphitheater with sloping cinema seating and a large screen, we can guarantee that everyone has a good view. The technology makes it easy to invite people to a hybrid conference, stream a lecture, or arrange a video meeting with participants from all over the world. In our amphitheater with sloping cinema seating and a large frame-stretched movie screen, we can guarantee that everyone has a good view. Dual ceiling-mounted microphones with a total of 56 microphone capsules allow every participant to be heard. A speaker screen behind the audience means that the speaker does not have to look back at the screen, but can instead focus all their attention forward. All technology and lighting is easily controlled from a control panel located at the speaker’s podium. Handheld microphones and headsets are available for those giving presentations.
First-class video technology from QSC makes it easy to set up video conferences, and a bright, high-resolution laser projector from Panasonic guarantees perfect image quality.
