Situated at the very top of the hotel, the suites offer a unique combination of privacy and convenience. As a part-owner, you get access to the spa, sauna, steam sauna, and an ice plunge pool that provides the perfect contrast between heat and cold

- Guaranteed return: SEK 300,000/year. Index-adjusted.
- Up to 84 days per year for personal use. Suite owners can book flexible individual days, which are charged to the suite owner’s account.
- Annual fee of SEK 53,811, reimbursed by the operator. Therefore no expense for the suite owner. Unleveraged tenant-owner association.
- Both legal entities and individuals are permitted to make purchases.
- Future: you set the price yourself if you decide to sell later.
FLEXIBLE USE FOR SUITE OWNERS
As a suite owner, you can use your suite more flexibly by booking individual days throughout the year. These bookings are charged to the suite owner’s account.
If desired, suite owners can also book additional rooms, subject to availability. These are booked at a 10% discount and can either be charged to the suite owner’s account or paid for on site.
Breakfast is always included when booking the suite. Suite owners can also choose to have restaurant charges billed to their account.
For companies that purchase a suite, the company itself determines who is authorized to make reservations and whether restaurant bills may be charged to the account.
When making a reservation, please let us know if you would like a spot in the restaurant or the spa so that the hotel can plan accordingly.
